Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details to enable us to complete your order.

We accept card payments via Stripe card handling service. If you would rather pay via telephone then we can take your order and credit card payment via telephone during normal working hours. If you have made an error within your order, please contact us and we will rectify this for you.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice or email you notification of shipping whichever is the earliest. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, if we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason or if we don’t hold stock of an item when we contact the manufacturer there is a change or problem with their supply. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling

All shipping and handling to mainland UK is free of charge when you buy from PW Bathroom Design.  The price you see on the page is the price you pay.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch your order to you within 7 business days.

Whilst we endeavour to deliver products as soon as possible, we do not always have every combination of all products in stock all the time. Therefore we advise you not to commission or start any works until all products have arrived and been checked by yourself. Your order will be dispatched within 7 business days however some items which are sent direct from the manufacturers are outside of our time control. Time shall be of the essence under this contract and we aim to keep you informed of any delays.

Any costs incurred with 3rd parties (plumbers, electricians etc.) due to delivery delays, or damaged goods will not be refunded by PW Bathroom Design Ltd.  Refunds will not be given for fitting, un-fitting or re-fitting charges and any other associated costs.  Retail products are sold unfitted and it is up to the customer to check function and suitability before either self fitting or commissioning 3rd party works. Our standard 7 days return policy (shown below) allows you to check the product for damage or suitability before any work commences.

You must inform us within five working days of receipt if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with an expected delivery time allowing you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges for orders made from the UK at 20% VAT is included in the prices shown. We do not currently accept orders from outside the UK via the website.

Credit Card Security

When the order is ready to be processed on our website, you will be transferred to our secure checkout page for processing your payment and here credit card numbers are secured by an SSL certificate and secure connection. Stripe will then process your transaction and debit your card, we will never see your credit card details for online transactions. Credit cards details are not held in clear text on any web site.

We aim to guarantee your satisfaction and all products are covered by standard consumer rights and consumer protection. In addition some products are covered by further manufacturers’ guarantees, details of which can be found on manufacturers websites and will usually be included on literature sent with your product. For any problems during the first year please contact us for any problem resolution issues.

PW Bathroom Design Ltd. do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’ (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

  1. Process and fulfil customer orders.
  2. Administer and enhance the site and service.
  3. Direct email or written contact from PW Bathroom Design Ltd.
  4. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found here

Under Section 8.2 (b) (i) & (ii) of the above regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or miss-described.

Any goods returned should be in a saleable condition. The exception to this rule is toilet seats, which for health and safety reasons cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Colour Charts

Whilst we supply colour charts on select products for your perusal prior to order, due to the limitations of the brochure printing process and also the screen in which you may be viewing the chart on, the colours shown may not be an exact representation. If you wish to order a product in one of the colours available, please contact one of our team for guidance and or request a sample before placing your order.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
