To create three bathroom settings within one large space, where each setting either compliments or blends in colour with the other. The overall setting is to incorporate the latest /most up to date Duravit products, technology, colours and textures.
Aesthetically striking feature areas should be created, with practical storage solutions in mind for small bottles etc, along with space saving solutions to create the illusion of space.
Overview of setting is to create a neutral yet visually exciting display where at least one out of the three designed areas could work in the majority of bathrooms.
The overall display was divided into three areas, with the focal point and main display within the centre. The overall colour palette chosen was contemporary grey, creating an instantly calming and soothing effect. Within the central display the bathing option selected was the Darling New bath with lights, large landscape recesses were incorporated above with added mood lighting to house bottles. A combination or scored, matt and gloss tiles were used throughout the design to compliment texture and colour.
A working raised wet room with Aqualisa digital showering was installed in the right hand display, with mosaic tiled floor, again continuing the colour theme with a grey muted natural hue. Natural grey stone tiles were used for remaining walls and floor along with portrait recesses and lighting. This was then mirrored within the remaining bay, using softer ivory grey tones along with wall hung furniture to create the illusion of space.
